What Is Your Morning Routine?

I know that mastering a morning routine would supercharge my productivity for the day, but the truth for now is, I really don't have one. I either snooze, snooze, snooze or work like a dog. I often manage to make almond milk from scratch and to French Press my coffee, but that's about it.

Luckily for me (and hopefully for you), articles about morning routines are ALL over and, I swear, I've been reading every single one that comes my way. Like Goldilocks though, I haven't found advice that fits just right. So, I'm going to keep collecting advice! 

What is your morning routine?

I'll trade you one of my tidbits. 

I'm currently on Day 8 of the Whole30, meaning I am only eating whole, unprocessed foods without dairy, sugar, gluten, preservatives, etc. So, instead of oatmeal or chocolate croissants (my two FAVORITE breakfast foods), I've been pairing my morning coffee with...

...chicken drumsticks.

This was not an original idea. I stole it from mmmm....coffee - a terrific paleo-friendly bistro on Santa Fe. After curiously ordering one of their roasted drumsticks with my bulletproof coffee, I was sold. Drumsticks are portable, easily wrapped in foil, full of protein, "bad-stuff" free, and easy to cook at home!
